Bryan is Founder and President of Diversified Investment Strategies. Since 2001, Bryan has provided his clients with a variety of 1031 exchange options. He has a diverse background in the financial services industry and as a General Securities Representative. He holds Series 7 and 63 Licenses. With a family background in real estate investment, it was a natural fit in 2003 for Bryan to also obtain a real estate license. He earned his Real Estate Brokers’ License in 2012. This enabled him to help his clients dispose of appreciated real estate and invest in managed real estate known as and DST’s as well as other residential, commercial and investment real properties. Bryan provides DIS clients clear and concise analysis of properties, development of investment strategies, and he helps them to construct and acquire diversified real estate portfolios.
Due to his extensive stock broker and real estate experience, DIS clients get the benefit of Bryan’s incalculable sphere of influence fueled by relationships developed in both the financial services and real estate arenas. While many brokers only have in-house products and contacts to expose to their clients, DIS clients reap the benefit of Bryan’s experience and knowledge in multiple industries.
An entrepreneur from the age of 12, Bryan started and grew a successful full time business by the time he entered high school. Steve is qualified as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute). He and his business partner Karen Hakola have been married and working together for more than 40 years. Steve has the distinction of averaging 22 million dollars in annual real estate sales. His success comes from a background of investing and property management that stretches back to the early 1970’s and a full-time real estate career that started in the early 1980’s. Today Steve’s expertise runs the gamut of listing residential and multi-family properties, buyer sales, investment properties, leasing and property management, 1031 Exchanges,and short sales. When not busy helping clients Steve is a foodie who loves to unwind by cooking for and with his family or by enjoying a round of golf. He’s also an avid car enthusiast and enjoys restoring cars with his son.

Since 1986, Stan Webb has been a steady beacon in a world filled with complexity and uncertainty. In addition to obtaining his professional securities licenses, Stan is a Certified Fund Specialist and a Certified Senior Advisor, Stan attained these designations in order to better help his clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. However, it is his passion for helping people that sets him apart from other financial professionals.
Stan’s personal mission of serving others began to develop as a child. He grew up in a working-class family and saw his parents struggle first-hand. Patricia Leung has over 10 years of professional tax and accounting experience with special emphasis on real estate, private equity, and financial services industries. She has worked in supervisory and management capacities in “Big 5” and regional CPA firms, as well as in a large private equity real estate firm. She has serviced multinational corporations, partnerships, and small businesses in numerous client matters, including complex U.S. and international tax planning and research, tax planning for high net worth executives, and tax return preparation and compliance matters.
As a former paralegal that specialized in employment-based immigration work prior to her tax career, Pat continues to utilize her knowledge of immigration laws in advising large and small businesses on the tax aspects of their work visa filings for foreign national employees as well as foreigners doing business in the U.S.
Pat is an IRS Enrolled Agent*. She has served as fund controller for Steadfast Companies, a local real estate investment company, and tax manager for Colony Capital, the fifth largest private equity real estate firm in the world. Pat received her BA degree from University of California, Riverside; a paralegal certificate from University of California, Los Angeles; and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
