Steve is qualified as a GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute). He and his business partner, Karen Hakola, have been married and have worked together for more than 40 years. Steve has the distinction of averaging $22 million in annual real estate sales. His success comes from a career of investing and property management that stretches back to the 1970s and a full-time real estate career that started in the 1980s. Today Steve’s expertise runs the gamut of listing residential and multi-family properties, buyer sales, investment properties, leasing and property management, 1031 Exchanges and short sales. When not busy helping clients, Steve is a foodie who loves to unwind by cooking for and with his family or by enjoying a round of golf. He’s also an avid car enthusiast and enjoys restoring cars with his son Bryan.
