I hereby agree to strict confidentiality with respect to the entirety of any Private Placement Memorandum on this website, and all information specifically labeled as “confidential” or that would reasonably presumed to be confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, the terms and conditions of any lease and all nonpublic information relating to a tenant’s technology, operations, customers, business plans, promotional and marketing activities, finances, and other business affairs (collectively, “Confidential Information”). Confidential Information will not be disclosed to or used by others.
